Senior VFX Artist | Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Splintered Fate - Metalhead Character DLC | Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Splintered Fate - Casey Jones & the Junkyard Jam

Created particle systems, materials, and textures for VFX using the company's proprietary toolset and implemented them using the company’s proprietary scripting language. I worked on the combat abilities for Casey Jones, Metalhead, and miniboss Gigi.

Created particle systems using Unreal 5’s Niagara particle system editor. Implemented the VFX using the gameplay ability system. Created materials, meshes and textures for use in effects.

Created weapon VFX in Unreal 4 using the Cascade and Niagara particle system editor. Created post process materials for status effects and perks. Implemented gameplay VFX in blueprints and widget blueprints. Optimized existing effects.

Life is Strange: True Colors

Created ambient and cinematic VFX in Unreal 4 using Cascade and blueprints. Created materials, meshes, and rigid body simulations using Maya for VFX work. Implemented VFX in scenes and keyed cinematic effects in an in-house cinematics creation tool. Created scripts to help automate specific tasks.

Environment Artist | SEP 2016 - DEC 2017

Life is Strange: Before The Storm

Hired as an environment artist and quickly took up other responsibilities. Responsibilities as an environment artist included creating props, models, set dressing, and lighting scenes. Created scripts in C# for use with Unity to help with light baking and automating parts of the set dressing. Started creating VFX in Unity for Episodes 2, 3, and the DLC.
